The McKinley Building is the largest building in Fairbanks. It was constructed in 1960, built in an unique round shape (which was popular at the time). It was once the former Carrs Foodland store. It went under major renovation in 2014, converting it into a Class A office and retail space. It meets all ADA requirements, has an updated sprinkler system and electronic fire alarm system.

Originally  built in 1953 for the Nerlands Home Furnishing. After the departure of the Nerlands, the space was converted in office spaces. Originally built in 1971, The Little Nerland Building was constructed for the Nerlands Home Furnishing's to house its administrative offices. Sitting adjacent to the Nerland Building, it went under major renovation, completely upgrading the inside and outside, and adding in an elevator. It meets all ADA requirements, has upgraded sprinkle systems and electronic fire alarm systems
